Seersucker always makes me think of yachting and summertime on the New England coast. I've never been yachting or to New England so this is probably an inaccurate stereotype. I'm sure everyone doesn't go sailing and eat crab cakes all the time (although they should; crab cakes are delicious). Anyways, the skirt is summery to say the least! This classic navy seersucker skirt from Ruche originally went for $52.99 (it's currently on sale in case you're interested). The handmade skirt, plus the rest of the outfit comes to $53.25. Does anyone else have memories or associations with certain clothes?
